Frequently asked questions
What is included in the fixed price?
Design, build, placing your copy, animation, mobile optimisation, SEO basics, two revision rounds, test report and launch. The exact scope is in the offer.
What do you need from us?
Your content (copy, images), your logo and access to your domain. On request we write copy from a short interview – as an add-on.
Do you write the legal notice and privacy policy?
No. You create and are responsible for legal texts, for example via a specialised service or your law firm. We do not advise on legal questions, but we integrate the texts cleanly.
How do payments work?
50 % on order, 30 % on design approval, 20 % on handover. Work starts once the first instalment is received.
Do I have to book a care plan?
Launch and Business include the first month of care, Signature three months of Care Plus. After that it is your choice. A booked care plan runs for 12 months, then it can be cancelled monthly.
Do I own the website?
Yes. After full payment you receive exclusive rights of use for everything we design specifically for you, a permanent right to use our reusable building blocks and, on request, the source code. Licences from our app kit are excluded.
Who do you work for?
Exclusively for businesses and self-employed professionals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We do not take on private individuals as clients.
Do you use AI?
Yes – as a tool, not a replacement. We work with our own workflows and testing tools, the same ones we use to build our own apps: every page is automatically checked on mobile and desktop, light and dark, for load time, accessibility, SEO and errors before we sign it off personally. An AI tool on its own does not deliver that. For you this means agency quality at a fixed price, usually in 10 to 25 working days instead of months.
Are there discounts?
For the first 4 reference projects, 25 % off the project price – in return for a case study and the right to show the project. Care plans are excluded.
Do you also advise businesses?
Yes – on strategy, processes, marketing, sales and management. Scope and terms are set out in an individual offer. We do not provide legal or tax advice.
Do you build apps too?
Yes, but only on request and for selected projects each year. Every project starts with the app concept sprint for €9,900 net: in 2 weeks you get a clickable prototype, feature scope, timeline and a fixed-price offer; if you go ahead, the sprint is credited in full.
